The man who allegedly robbed banks and a McDonalds in Fairfield has pleaded not guilty. On Thursday Anthony Michael Koelhoeffer submitted a written plea of not guilty on charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree theft and eluding, all felonies, and misdemeanor assault, according to Scott County court records. Koelhoeffer is also charged with third-degree kidnapping in Johnson County and first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and assault to police officers in Jefferson County. Koehlhoeffer’s next court date will be January 28t
