The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys basketball team got a big conference win in overtime beating the West Branch Bears. The Bears were up nine at halftime but the Golden Hawks would come back and take a 49-43 lead into the fourth. The two teams were tied at the end of regulation. Mid-Prairie would end up winning 72-68. Michael Aldeman had 29 points including three threes, Christian Swartzentruber had 17, Jaemin Powell and Jordan Yotty each had 9. The Golden Hawks avenge a 20 points loss at West Branch in early December.
