The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks had a nice night on the road taking on North Cedar, all be it a long night though. A power outage caused a two hour delay, but when they did get on the court the Golden Hawks got two wins. On the boys side, Mid-Prairie welcomed back 6-6 center Dylan Hochstetler who hasn’t played this season because of a shoulder injury suffered in the summer. Mid-Prairie won big and handed second ranked North Cedar their first loss of the season 76-49. Michael Aldeman lit it up, after being held scoreless in the first quarter, he ended up with 32-points, Christian Swartzendruber had 15, Justin Hochstetler ended up with 10, and Jordan Yotty and Dylan Hochstetler each had 5.
On the girls side, Mid-Prairie won 46-39. The Golden Hawks were led by Taylor Hershberger who had 15, Mariah Swartzendruber had 10 and Mallory McArtor had 8.
