Washington’s District judge has applied for the state Supreme Court.  District Judge Michael R. Mullins is one of 61 applicants to fill the three vacancies on the Iowa Supreme Court.   The vacancies came from a non-retention vote in last November’s election.  Mullins was appointed as a District Judge in Washington in 2002.  The nomination process will begin tomorrow in the Iowa Supreme Court Courtroom.  To view the applicant’s interviews, click here.
