The Washington County American Cancer Society Relay for Life is holding a fund raiser. According to Team Captain Sally Reighard, the Team Wipeout Relay team is hosting the Cindy A. Tisor Memorial Bowl-A-Thon event at Melody Lanes in Washington tomorrow. Reighard says they are looking for 16 bowling teams of five members each. She says the money raised is going to the American Cancer Society’s signature event Relay for Life. Washington County’s Relay for Life will take place in June. Reighard notes there is no age minimum for those wanting to be on a team and everyone is open to participate. She adds that the registration fee is $100 per team and the winning team will receive a trophy.
