The Mid-Prairie Board of Education met on Monday and the board spent most of their time talking with teachers about their use of technology in the classroom. Superintendent Mark Schneider says they had seven teachers from the elementary school, middle school and high school who demonstrated how they used technology in the classroom. Some of it dealt with interactive white boards and some of it had to deal with the use of clickers. Schneider says they also presented how they could assess students using electronic hardware. The board also reviewed school board policies and made some very minor changes.
