The Washington City Council is moving forward to gain access into the Mills Seed Building. During their meeting on Wednesday, the Council discussed proceeding with the filing of court documents to obtain entry into the Mills Seed Building. City Attorney Craig Arbuckle said the city was hoping to get into the building by December 17th of last year. He shared during the council’s meeting on January 5th, that request had not been granted. The Council agreed to proceed with the filing of court documents in order to get in to the building. The matter was voted upon four to one in favor of filing the court documents. The Mills Seed Building is now located at 212 North Iowa Avenue. It was originally housed at 604 North 7th Avenue. The building was moved in February of last year.
