Washington did well during the last snow storm. City Administrator Dave Plyman says this was a routine snow removal event. He says any vehicle that is parked for more than a 24 hour period after a snowfall event will be ticketed per the city code. Plyman says during the last snow storm, the city issued 14 tickets on December 28th. He says they will put out signs when they are getting ready to clear snow around the square.
