The Washington County Board of Supervisors are planning on meeting this week and during their meeting they will be considering a contribution for Geode Resource Conservation and Development and a request for funding for Washington Main Street.  Geode Resource Conservation and Development is a non-profit that assists the people of southeast that protects and develops the area’s economic, natural and social resources.  They will also establish bid letting dates for the county Secondary Roads Improvement Projects.  The Supervisors will also be reviewing the fiscal year 2011-2012 county budget.  The Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday morning at 9:30 in the Washington County Courthouse.
