An Ainsworth woman charged with involuntary manslaughter has been sentenced to 5 years probation.  Judge Michael R. Mullins delivered the sentence Monday morning in the Washington County Courthouse.

Lori Jo Bean will also have to pay any related fines and court costs.  Jurors found Lori Jo Bean guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of 78 year old Joy Gentzler. They also found Ms. Bean guilty of second degree theft, neglect, abandonment, and abuse resulting in serious injury. The unanimous decision was delivered in December of last year.

If Ms. Bean is to not comply with the terms of her probation, she will be sentenced to prison.
