The Washington Demon girls beat the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks with three girls in double figures, and 14 points from their bench. In a game heard on KCII, the Demon press seemed to give Mid-Prairie problems much of the night. Washington led 35-16 and would end up winning 61-35.

For Washington:
Lauren Vittetoe 15 points
Sydney Greiner 10 points
Regan Enfield 10 points
Cassie Holland 7 points
Lauren Kimball 7 points

For Mid-Prairie:
Olivia Lugar 8 points
Meghan Redlinger 8 points

Mid-Prairie falls to 7-13 on the season and will now prepare to open postseason play on the road facing the Highland Huskies. Washington improves to 15-5 and will close out their season hosting Mount Pleasant on Friday. With last night’s game being the last road game of the regular season the Demons end up only losing one road game in the regular season and that was a one point loss to Keokuk.
