The Washington School District has agreed to enter a sharing agreement with the WACO school district to share some services one day a week.  As part of their board meeting this week, Superintendent Dr. Mike Jorgensen requested the Washington School District enter into a one year agreement to share a maintenance person and a Human Resources representative for one day a week.  Dr. Jorgensen says the one day a week that will be spent to the other district will most likely not be the same day each week, but will be coordinated between the two districts for when work will be needed.

The contract is in addition to the current transportation services that are shared between the two school districts.
