The Iowa Basketball Coaches Association has their All-Star Celebration coming up. The state is divided into quarters and seniors in each area are selected regardless of class. For the Southeast Iowa All-Star team, two area coaches will be on the bench, Washington’s Phil Long and Sigourney’s Jenny Hobbs. As for players, Lone Tree’s Courtney Burr and Keokuk’s Shelsy Stanley are on the team. The teams will play each other in Des Moines on Saturday at Dallas Center Grimes High School.
