A man accused of a robbing a Fairfield McDonald’s and two banks will be spending time in a Scott County jail. 20 year old Anthony Michael Koelhoeffer has pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery, second-degree theft and eluding charges in Scott County.  Koelhoeffer was caught in Davenport after escaping police custody at the University of Iowa Hospitals in December of last year. 

According to state law, Koelhoeffer will have to spend 10 years in prison for the charges and has to serve at least 7 years.  Koelhoeffer is also facing a charge in Johnson County of third-degree kidnapping and first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and assault to police officers in Jefferson County after robbing a McDonald’s in October of last year.
