Verdict Reached on Washington Teen’s Trial

A Washington teen has been found not guilty on 3 counts of vehicular homicide.  Andrew Brock was charged after a Memorial Day Weekend 2009 accident.  The jury reached a verdict after getting the case yesterday afternoon. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Andrew Brock failed to stop at an intersection on Highway 92.

He hit an Indianola couple’s vehicle sending it into a semi. The couple was killed. Also Brock’s passenger, 19 year old Travis Filben of Keota, was killed. Brock was 17 at the time of the accident.
