The Cedar Valley Conference has announced their All-Conference Team and two Mid-Prairie seniors made first team. The Golden Hawks’ Michael Aldeman and Christian Swartzentruber were recognized with first team honors. Aldeman averaged 21 points per game, hit 73 three pointers on the season and was effective getting to the line finished with 129 free throw attempts. He also had 101 steals and 71 assists. Swartzentruber averaged 13 points per game, hit 83 three pointers and had 40 steals. The other first teamers include:

Cale Austin Wilton
Clay Cook and Rylan Murry, West Branch
Chris Timmerman, Durant

Mid-Prairie’s Jaemin Powell made second team and Justin Hochstetler received honorable mention. Mid-Prairie Head Coach Don Showalter says to receive recognition in this conference is a nice achievement considering at one time this season four of the conference’s teams were ranked in the top 10.
