The Washington Public Library is hosting a book discussion tomorrow as part of the All Iowa Reads program.  Library Director Patrick Finney says this is a program of the State Library of Iowa and an affiliate of the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress.  He says each year, this program chooses a book that would have a good potential for discussion.

Finney adds this is an effort to get people to discuss literature.  He says this year’s book titled Sing Them Home by Stephanie Kallos is a novel about a family of 3 grown children who come back together after their father’s death and have to deal with the mysterious disappearance of their mother from when they were children.

Finney says the book discussion will be led by Carol Ray tomorrow at 11:00 am in the Washington State Bank meeting room on the second floor of the Washington Public Library.  To find out more, contact the Washington Public Library.
