Graveside services for 87 year old Cleo M. Mann of Washington will be Thursday at 1:00 pm at the Hillside Cemetery in St. Charles, Minnesota.  Visitation will be from 12:00 to 6:00 pm Wednesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home.  Memorials have been established to PAWS and More Animal Shelter, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or Washington County Hospice.
