The Washington Demon girls track and field team were suppose to go to Mount Pleasant yesterday but with an unfavorable weather forecast, they actually ran the meet a day earlier. One of the focuses for the Demons was lowering their 4×4 time. The Demons ended up second to Cedar Rapids Jefferson and ran 4:11 with Regan Enfield, Lauren Kimball, Mariah Reighard, and Stephanie Fishback. Demon Girls Head Coach Howard Bean says they hoping to run 4:07 or 4:08 to lower their time. He says right now their time is on the bubble for Drake. As for the team scoring for the meet, Cedar Rapids Prairie won, Williamsburg was 2nd, Cedar Rapids Jefferson third, Mount Pleasant fourth, and Washington fifth. For the Demons:
