The Mid-Prairie and Keota School Boards have approved various sharing agreements between the two districts.  Superintendent of both districts Mark Schneider says the Boards held a joint session earlier this week on the possible renewal of sharing agreements.  He says they already have current sharing agreements with the Superintendent, the Business Manager, Media Specialist and Technology Support.

Schneider says the Boards agreed to the continued sharing of the Media Specialist and Technology Support.  He notes both boards decided to investigate further on the sharing of a Business Manger.

Schneider adds discussion was held regarding a possible sharing agreement of a Human Resources Coordinator.  He says no action was taken so both groups could get more information on how that sharing arrangement would work.

Schneider notes the boards talked about what benefits would remain when the state incentives expire to school districts who take advantage of sharing agreements.
