Description: Registrations are being accepted for the first official float trip on the Iowa River Water Trail in Johnson and Louisa counties. The float trip and the dedication ceremony are Saturday, May 7 at 11:30 a.m. at Hills Access and the trips include lunch, shuttle service and boat rental, if needed. Paddlers of all ages and levels of experience are encouraged to attend. Pre-registration is required, the cost is $25/person.
