Road construction in Keokuk County will cause delays starting today.  According to the Iowa Department of Transportation, road crews will begin work on Highway 21 between Highways 149 and 92 causing traffic to be restricted to one lane Mondays through Fridays weather permitting.  While the work is being performed, flaggers and pilot cars will be used to assist traffic through the work area.

Delays of several minutes can be expected.  The work is expected to be completed by mid-May.
