An information meeting is scheduled for this evening to discuss wind energy.  This program will be talking about the costs and benefits of wind energy.  Matt McAndrew a former Mid-Prairie student says the speakers will include a farmer and owner of a wind turbine, an experienced wind monitor and a utility and alternative energy expert.

He says this program is sponsored by Mid-Prairie School District and will also include an open forum to ask questions.  The meeting is tonight at 7:30 in the Media Center at Mid-Prairie High School.
