A Crawfordsville man has won the top prize in last week’s “Iowa’s $100,000 Cash Game” drawing. Frances Kleineberg won the top prize after buying a ticket at Four Corners Fuel in Ainsworth. Kleineberg claimed his prize at the Lottery’s regional office in Cedar Rapids earlier this week.
The Iowa Lottery says the odds of winning the top prize in this game are 1 in 324,632. Since the state started the lottery in 1985, players have won more than $2.6 billion in prizes and the lottery has raised more than $1.2 billion for the state programs that benefit all Iowans.
The lottery provides support for veterans, helps a variety of significant projects through the state’s General Fund and backs the Vision Iowa program which helps create tourism destinations and community attractions in the state and build and repair schools.
