The Washington Demon girls track and field team will host the Washington Invite this evening at Case Field. Demon Head Coach Howard Bean says Fort Madison, Mount Pleasant, Eddyville-Blakesburg, Albia, Clear Creek-Amana, and Benton Community. As for the weather forecast for tonight, Washington Head Coach Howard Bean says there is a call for showers and cool temperatures. They’ll just have to wait and see what the conditions are like and go from there. If they are able to go it’ll be a busy night for his team he says pretty much all of the girls will be running in the maximum number events they can in a track meet which is four.
