The Fairfield Arts and Convention Center experience a very active month of April this year, and Executive Director Rustin Lippincott says that’s the best month in the four years of the center’s existence. He says it hosted an event, performance, or rehearsal every day in April, and also had its best month of ticket sales. Shows such as Way Off Broadway’s Into the Woods, Ricky Nelson Remembered, and a Neil Diamond tribute show sold over 3000 tickets last month.
Lippincott says the center held a variety of other events, such as meetings and conferences. He added that he hopes for continued success as the Arts and Convention Center Board aims to set a new record with a number of upcoming summer events.
