This week is Ride Your Bike to Work Week, part of National Bike Month. Throughout this week, avid bicycle riders are encouraged to ride their bikes to work. Myron Graber, a bike rider says while he enjoys riding his bike on the weekends, you should try to have 30 minutes to an hour’s worth of bike riding every day or four to five times a week.
He says those on bikes have the same rules as automobiles that they have to follow. Graber adds if you should be out after dark to wear bright colored clothing as well as have a light and reflectors on your bike. To learn more about Ride Your Bike to Work Week, follow the link here.
