The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved agreements of services as part of their meeting yesterday.  They approved an agreement for services with the Washington County Mini Bus and with Lending Hands.  Both of these agencies are part of the County’s Mental Health Disability Services.

Bobbie Wulf, Mental Health/Mental Retardation Division Director says the language in the contract for the Mini Bus will now reflect their operating hours from 7:00 to 5:00 and no change in rate.  Wulf also recommended an increase in rates for Lending Hands.

The Board approved a recommendation of increasing the daily rates by three percent.  Resolutions were passed regarding revisions to the County’s General Assistance and Veterans Affairs manuals.

Terry Phillips was reappointed to another three-year term to the Veterans Affairs Commission.  The Washington County Board of Supervisors next meeting will be Monday next week due to the Washington School District’s special election next Tuesday.
