Flash flooding from thunderstorms yesterday evening prompted several roads to be closed throughout Washington County.  Many roads across the northern part of the county experienced flooding however other parts of the area experienced downpours as well. As many as 13 roads were closed throughout the course of the day today. The hardest areas hit by the flooding were those along the Smith Creek and English River areas.
