The Keokuk County Board of Supervisors will discuss a few new items of business at the meeting this week.  The supervisors will consider and possibly decide on nominating Keokuk County Sheriff Jeff Shipley for the Public Safety Officer Medal of Valor and the Law Enforcement Congressional Badge of Bravery.  The board will also give a potential approval of the new Assistant County Engineer, which is a newly created position.  The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 tomorrow morning at the Keokuk County Courthouse.
