The Washington Kiwanis AMers are hosting a breakfast tomorrow. Kiwanis member George DeVaughn says they have been hosting this breakfast for six years. He says most Kiwanis clubs have a special charity that they like to donate to and Relay for Life was chosen as their group.
DeVaughn says last year they raised about $5000 and are hoping to do better this year. Typical breakfast items will be served from scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage to muffins and cinnamon rolls.
The cost for the breakfast is $8 with all proceeds going to tomorrow’s Relay for Life. To buy a ticket, see any Kiwanis AMers member.
