The Washington area is also celebrating two more retirements today.  Lyle Moen and Nancy Rash are retiring effective the end of the day today.  Moen has spent over 42 years with the Washington County Engineer’s Office and Rash has been a part of the Kirkwood-Washington Center for 16 years.

Moen says he will miss everyone that he has worked with. Rash says she will miss the students and staff and the different success stories from everyone at Kirkwood.

The activities planned as part of their retirement are to continue to visit the country’s National Parks and hopes to share photo exhibits with the public of their trips.

Moen says he will also remain a part of Washington County Conservation, Recreational Trails, Main Street Washington, City Board of Adjustment and Washington Lions Club.
