The Washington City Council has a busy agenda this week as they will hold a second reading of a Tax Increment Financing Project for a business improvement project for Ann Williams/Insurance on the Avenue.  A first reading will be conducted regarding an ordinance to amend the City Code of replacing yield signs with stop signs on East Van Buren Street and East Tyler Street along South 12th Avenue.

Discussion and consideration will be held for an election of a Local Option Sales Tax, and a preconstruction agreement for work on Madison Street.  Other discussion and consideration will be held for the amendment of cemetery fees and for a seal coat project.

The Washington City Council meeting begins at 6:00 tonight in the old public library.
