The Demon baseball team was hosting Benton Community for a twin bill. The Demons won the first game 6-4. Washington Head Coach Nathan Miller says Chris Wheeler came on in a 4-3 game in the sixth and only gave up one run. At the plate Josh Moore went 3-4 with two runs and Collin Steele went 2-3 with a couple of triples and 2 rbi’s.

In the second game, Brian Roder started on the mound and gave up four hits. At the plate Josh Moore went 2-4 and Anthony Ossman went 2-3 with four stolen bases as the Demons won 6-1. They will host Fairfield tonight in a conference doubleheader.
