Washington County kids have had a number of activities available to them this summer, and athletic camps are another popular way for them to stay active on vacation. Iowa Mennonite School volleyball coach Cindy Miller says she’s having a volleyball camp for girls August 1st through August 4th. She says young girls in fifth through 12th grades are invited to participate in the camp. The session for girls in 10th to 12th grades will run from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., those entering grades 7 to 9 will go from noon to 2:30, and girls entering grades 5 to 7 will participate from 3:00 until 5:00.
