The Washington County Fair started yesterday at 4:00 with the dog obedience judging for 4-H and FFA members. The 4-H Clothing Revue and 4-H Senior Recognition took place during the intermission of the Queen Contest.

This year’s Washington County Fair Queen is Shawna Sieren. Shawna was one of ten candidates. She will represent Washington County at the State Fair next month.

Sarah Altenhofen was chosen as runner up and Miss Congenality went to Kayla Romoser.
