Washington Community School District will be offering junior high and high school athletes a chance to get their physicals to take part in sports. Cost of the physicals are: $25 for one student, $35 for two students or $45 for three or more students in a family. Forms can be found online at the Washington Community School District’s website: www.washington.k12.ia.us. The dates for physicals will be Tuesday, July 19th & Monday, July 25th beginning at 6:30 PM at Mercy Family Medical Center of Washington. Physicals will be given in the order of arrival.
