New and used books are being collected for Washington’s Planned Parenthood Clinic. Board Member Margaret Bell says these books are needed for a fundraiser next month. She says all proceeds from the book sale held will stay in Washington to benefit “women’s health for people who can’t afford to do other kinds of healthcare.”
Bell says books can be dropped off at U.S. Bank in Washington or the Planned Parenthood office in Washington. The book sale is being held September 28th through the 30th in the 4-H Building at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
