The Sigourney Savage volleyball team will go to a multi team scrimmage at Tri County this weekend before they open their season early next week. Coming into the season Sigourney Head Coach Chris Carter says they have a lot of versatility and several girls who can play multiple positions. She also likes their height and feels that will help in hitting and blocking. At the Saturday scrimmage Sigourney will see Tri-County, Harmony, Iowa Valley, HLV, and Iowa City Regina. Then they open the season against Albia on Tuesday.
