New and used books are still being collected for Washington’s Planned Parenthood Clinic. Board Member Margaret Bell says they are having a fundraiser next week and the books are needed for that. She says the proceeds will stay in Washington and will benefit “women’s health for people who can’t afford to do other kinds of healthcare.”
Bell says books can be dropped off at U.S. Bank in Washington or the Planned Parenthood office in Washington. The book sale is being held the 28th through the 30th in the 4-H Building at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
