Four seats on the Mid-Prairie School Board are up for election this month and five candidates have thrown their hat in the ring to serve. Cindy Steege with the Mid-Prairie School District says Randy Billups, Jeremy Pickard, and George Schaefer currently serve on the board but are seeking another term. Matthew Frascht and Chuck Freeman, both of rural Kalona, have also declared their candidacy.
The Mid-Prairie School Board election is Tuesday, September 13th.
