The Washington City Council is holding public hearings as part of their meeting tonight.  These hearings are for the changing of speeds on South Ninth Avenue, the addition of weight limits on certain streets and adding a stop sign at South Ninth Avenue and East Van Buren Street.

The Council will also discuss and consider funding to the Washington County Recycle Center.  The Washington City Council is meeting tonight at 6:00 in the old public library.
