Washington’s Farmers Market is still going strong with two months left in the market’s season.  Market Master Bob Shepherd says the market has been busy each week with customers and vendors as well as good growers, bakers and highly-skilled artisans.  He says this week, they are having the 12th Annual “Taster’s Choice Salsa Contest” as part of the market.

Shepherd adds the patrons of the market sample each numbered entry to pick the winners.  The Washington Farmer’s Market begins at 5:00 tonight on the square.
