High School students in Washington have a chance to learn about a future career through a job shadowing and internship opportunity.  Ed Raber with Washington Economic Development Group says the Workplace Learning Connection through Kirkwood Community College is providing these placements for area high school students in their areas of career interest.

Students interested need to complete the application from Workplace Learning Connection and return it to their high school counseling department.  Job shadowing opportunities are available for grades 10 through 12 and internships are for 11th and 12th graders.
