The Washington Community School District Central Office is closing early today.  Superintendent Dr. Mike Jorgensen says Alliant Energy and electricians will be switching over the electrical service to new service that has already been installed.

The outage is scheduled to happen after 1:30.  He says the phones and network will remain on during the outage.
