The latest AP high school football rankings are out and one area team dropped out while another entered. In Class 2A, Sigourney-Keota was ranked eighth but their loss to Wilton knocked them out. Meanwhile in Class A, Lone Tree enters the rankings at number nine after beating Belle Plaine 56-7. WACO moves up from number six to number five. WACO and Lone Tree will play each other on Friday. Also Lisbon, who is in their district, is ranked number four. In 3A, Solon’s loss to 2A #1 Regina drops them from number two to number seven. Williamsburg, another Demon district team, moves up from number nine to number eight.
