This week is National 4-H Week and Washington County is celebrating the 4-H youth who have made an impact in the community.  4-H County Council member Joni Erwin says one of the leaves of the 4-H represents the head.  She says knowledge has helped her to think clearly, make good decisions and represent the community since she started in the program seven years ago.

Erwin says having knowledge is helpful when trying to complete 4-H projects.  4-H is open to anyone in 4th Grade and older and to become a part of 4-H, contact the Washington County Extension office.
