A business is opening in a new location today.  Archer’s Appliance and Electronics in Washington moved over the weekend from South 2nd Street to their new location next to the old Pamida building on East Washington.  Jill Duwa from Archer’s says in terms of sales floor, the new store has three times more space than the old location.

She adds the store will also have 700 square feet dedicated specifically to US Cellular.  Duwa says the neatest part of the move was watching Duane Haifley move into a larger work space after being in the same area for over 40 years.

She says he will have three times more space to repair televisions.  Duwa adds she was excited about the move and notes it was “like moving into a new house.”
