The Washington County Extension is again offering 4-H families an opportunity to be a photographer. Amy Adrian, 4-H and Youth Coordinator says because of a grant from the Washington County Riverboat Foundation, they have two digital cameras to check out and use. She says the cameras are available for families to use for a week at a time to capture pictures for their 4-H projects.
Adrian adds five laptops have been purchased with the grant money for those wishing to modify their pictures. She says those wishing to use any of the equipment must attend a photography workshop on Saturday, October 8th from 9:00 to 11:00 for training and practice. Registration for this workshop is due today. To learn more, contact the Washington County Extension.
