The Southeast Conference will host their cross country meet today in Fairfield. Demon Head Coach Steve Roth says he expects the girls to be right there. Roth says he stressed to the girls this week that it’s important that they run in a pack and it’s all about places not so much times. On the boys side, he says Fort Madison has been very strong all season long and they will be the hands down favorite. He says what he’d like to see from his boys are time improvements. The Demons haven’t run since last Monday when they competed at IMS which Roth says it has been nice to have this little break.
